My experience with The Lock Guys and Dave in particular was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough. After calling around to multiple locksmiths, I found that The Lock Guys were the only service outside of the dealership that could replace my lost Mercedes car key. If you have a luxury vehicle, it's just a fact that replacing lost keys will be very pricey, but after a cost comparison I found out that it would have cost the same amount to have a replacement key ordered by the Mercedes dealership, and a whole lot more hassle, because the dealership requires that you bring the car in (which would require towing!) Dave took care of everything. He was professional and the communication was excellent. I will certainly call them again when I need a locksmith's service.

I was up ALL night thinking and looking for my fob. After several calls and extremely high quotes AND being told I would need to have the car tied in someone told me about The Lock Guys. Trust the reviews. These guys are wonderful! Im back and running the streets again. Hopefully I never loose another fob but if I do their number is saved in my contacts.

He arrived in a timely manner, and promptly made a new key for my two vehicles that needed an additional key. His services were reasonably priced when compared to going back to the dealer to obtain a new fob and programming services.
